1 – We are here, on the ground, in China every day, all year long. If you need to contact us for any reason, you can always reach us by phone or email and we are here to help.
2 – We don’t make any promises that we can’t keep. China is a very unpredictable environment. As they say whatever can go wrong, usually does. So in China you have to be very weary of any companies that are promising something that sounds too good to be true, because it usually is.
3 – We listen to our customers. This sounds simple, but it is an important key to customer service. We have years of experience here in China so we can offer lots of advice, but at the end of the day it is your product, your company, your business and we will follow the decisions that you make.
4 – We deal with complaints. If there are any issues whatsoever we will deal with them immediately and help you to resolve them in satisfactory manner for both your company and the supplier.
5 – We train our staff to be helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. There is no point to get into arguments with your suppliers. You need a company in China who can protect your interests and do so in a way that will make you feel comfortable dealing with us.
6 – We take the extra step. If you need something extra than we are here to help. Whether it is arranging factory visits, visiting a trade show, collecting samples or making reports you can count on Hong Bao International to go the extra step.
